Last week felt like a real indulgence spree, didn’t it? I loved every bit of it, but now I’m craving something lighter and healthier to balance things out. So, this week, I’ve decided to switch things up a bit—I’m trying out something new by making salads the star of our dinners. It’s a little experiment to see how we feel by the end of the week!
The idea is to keep dinners fresh, wholesome, and super easy while still being filling. I’ve picked out some really fun and colourful salad and easy dinner ideas that I’m excited to share. Who said eating healthy had to be boring? Let’s see how this goes—hopefully, we’ll end the week feeling refreshed and maybe even inspired to keep at it!
