The next meal plan is here! I was a bit late to post this week, caught up with other things, but finally got around to it. This time, I went all in on Indian food, keeping a good mix of light and hearty meals. To make things easier, I prepped a batch of adai dosa batter for the week—it should last for at least three meals, making breakfast or dinner a breeze.
With that as a base, I tried to balance the rest of the meals thoughtfully. Some days call for comforting, wholesome dishes, while others need something lighter to keep things easy. The goal was to create a plan that feels satisfying without being too heavy every day. Hope this helps you with your meal prep for the week!
