This week’s meal plan is Indian food-heavy again—just felt like keeping things easy and comforting. Some weeks, I like experimenting with different cuisines, but this time, I just wanted meals that feel familiar and don’t take too much effort. It’s one of those weeks where I’d rather not spend too much time thinking about what to cook, so I went with food that comes naturally to me.
It’s a mix of simple, homey meals—nothing fancy, just the kind of food that makes me feel good. A little dal, some quick stir-fries, and easy one-pot dishes to keep things stress-free. Just sticking to what I know and love, making this week as smooth as possible!
