I missed sharing my meal plans for the past two weeks—just got caught up with things! But I’m back with this week’s plan, keeping it mostly Indian with a little variety thrown in. Nothing too fancy, just simple home-cooked meals that are easy and comforting.
This week’s plan has a good mix of everyday staples like Rajma Chawal, Bisibelebath, and Khichdi, along with some fun additions like Pasta Salad and Pasta Alfredo. Mornings are easy with milkshakes, idli, and toast, while dinners are cozy and filling. Hoping this plan makes cooking stress-free while keeping meals delicious!
